  • International shipping is not available at this time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS / email.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary by location:

4. Shipping Charges

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate

  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete address details may:

    • Get delayed, or

    • Be returned to origin (RTO)

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping costs must be borne by the customer

  • Refunds are not applicable for failed deliveries due to customer error


7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears:

  • Damaged

  • Opened

  • Tampered with

Please:

  • Do not accept the delivery

  • Contact us immediately with photos/videos

Accepted packages with visible damage may not be eligible for claims.

In rare cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.

  • Address changes are not possible once the order is shipped
